A new agreement in which Canberra and Adelaide will cooperate as “smart cities” has been signed in South Australia.
Chief Minister, Andrew Barr and Lord Mayor of the City of Adelaide, Martin Haese signed the agreement, which commits each city to work together on nation-leading reforms in smart city innovation.
Mr Barr said both Adelaide and Canberra had already completed major projects that used technology to make their cities more liveable and efficient.
