Abstract submissions for NT Spatial 2012 are now being accepted.
Authors who are intending to submit an oral or poster presentation for NT Spatial 2012 Northern Exposure "Science and Applications" should lodge an abstract of no more than 300 words by Monday 16th January 2012. Authors will receive notification by email of the acceptance of their paper by Monday 30th January 2012. Please note that full paper submission is optional.

The SSSI NT is seeking expressions of interest from individuals or organisations to conduct workshops at the Northern Territory's Surveying and Spatial Sciences Institute (SSSI) second annual conference "NT Spatial 2012", to be held in Darwin from 21st to the 23rd March 2012.
It is proposed that 'NT Spatial 2012 - Northern Exposure: Science & Applications' will include one day of optional workshops preceding the conference on Wednesday 21st March 2012. The venue for workshops will either be at the Darwin Convention Centre or at another nearby suitable venue.
OPTION 1: Technical workshops
We are seeking expression of interest from individuals or companies to conduct workshops that are technology or methodology based and not product specific. Workshops can be ½ day ( 3.5 hours) or full day (up to 7 hours), cost to attendees will be set based on venue and refreshment costs.
OPTION 2: Corporate or product specific workshop
We are seeking expression of interest from individuals or companies to run product specific based workshops (technical or promotional) on a self funded basis. We will provide venue, refreshments and advertising at cost to the workshop convenor. Workshops can be timed to suit ½ day to full day timeslots. Attendees will not be charged to attend the workshop.

Twilight Networking & 2012 Regional Event Launch
