Welcome to SSSI Western Australia

 

Our Chair, Peter Douglas, and Committee welcomes you to the Western Australia Region and invites you to participate in our professional and social activities.

 

We conduct regular Continuing Professional Development seminars as well as our Annual Conference which was be bigger and better this year.  We have active Young Professionals, Cadastral Interest, Engineering Interest and Women in Geographic Information Technology (see www.wingit.asn.au) Groups.   Our WA Spatial Excellence Awards were presented at our Annual Awards dinner held at the University Club of WA in June.  The quality of nominations were very high and we anticipate that many of these enters which have been submitted for APSEA will be successful.
