GIS now at Golden Grove High School (05/07/2010)

GIS desktop software now at Golden Grove High School   In late March, David McDonald, Spatial Manager and Associate at Tonkin Consulting, along with Ross Johnson, of the Geography Teachers’ Association, and Miriam Smith, the Mayor of Tea Tree Gully Council, all visited Golden Grove High School. Tonkin Consulting – 2009 Award-Winning Team

November 22, 2009     Award Winning Fleurieu Peninsula Tourism Project   At the 2009 SA Spatial Excellence Awards, Tonkin Consulting won the “People and Community” award for a recent project for Fleurieu Peninsula Tourism.As part of the implementation of the Fleurieu Peninsula Region Integrated Strategic Tourism Plan 2007-2012, we were awarded the project to create a series of maps to visualise places of relevance to the tourism industry.  Collation of data from various sources was required to create a regional perspective of the area.Anita Dittmar - Tonkin...
