SSSI is an Institute that delivers excellence to its members on a local, national and international level.
The Surveying & Spatial Sciences Institute plays an important role in promoting excellence in the spatial sciences and the contribution spatial sciences makes to the community. Our award programs seek to recognise and reward outstanding achievement, eminence in the spatial professions.
This year saw the introduction of two new awards to SSSI and each year these awards will be given out by the CEO in recognition of outstanding performance by Staff within the institute.
The SSSI Scholarship Program is designed to provide an opportunity for personal and professional development. It supports members in obtaining further experience in a spatial discipline or career development in the spatial industry, either abroad or locally.
The current SSSI Scholarship Program encompasses the SSSI Women in Spatial group, the SSSI Education Foundation and Remote Sensing & Photogrammetry.
