Membership of the Institute is divided regionally, on a State and Territory level, including the whole of New Zealand.
SSSI Regions are commonly supported by a Regional Executive Officer. The REOs perform their duties in an administrative capacity to support Regional members, activities, and to provide support to the Regional Chair and Committee.
Each Region has its own Regional Committee. The Role of each Regional Committee is to formulate and discuss regional policy relevant to its Region, the delivery of membership services, and to formulate and recommend budgets for the Region. Regions may also be sub-divided into Region groups. These groups may also have their own Committee structures. For more information on your particular Region’s Committee please visit your Region’s web pages.
